About ShineForth Salon
constructed in 1984. In order to give you a personalised session where you feel cared for, Rebecca draws on her 30 years of experience and passion. She started cutting hair when she was 12 years old, and a friend persuaded her to enrol in beauty school.
The first six weeks were tough, but her instructor persuaded her to stick with it. Good thing Rebecca went on to inspire and give back by helping the salon teach its helpers.
